Due to the recent Tier 4 announcements, we do not anticipate that we will be re-opening our doors on 2nd Jan 2021. We will keep you updated with a new opening date as soon as we are able! In the mean time, we will continue to operate as usual online. We are still experiencing some delays with shipments coming across the sea, however we have updated our lead times to reflect this as much as possible. Our customer services team will be on reduced hours over the Christmas period but back to full hours from 2nd January. Please see our 'contact us' page for our telephone hours.

We're delighted to announce that we will once again be opening our showroom doors to our lovely customers from Saturday 2nd January. Our showroom is bursting with products at amazing clearance prices, and all customers purchasing from the showroom will receive an extra 10% off new orders (clearance furniture is 'takeaway only' and not included in this offer).

Following the government announcement that there will be a winter lockdown, we will be closing our showroom from Thursday 5th November until it is advised that we can safely re-open again. Our online shop will continue to operate as normal, with deliveries going ahead as planned. Our courier will still be delivering to your homes in a safe way, wearing PPE, however if you wish for them to deliver to kerbside please let them know and they will be happy to deliver in a way that suits you.
Whilst we are operating and delivering as normal, we urge all customers to bear in mind that lead times for items that are not yet in stock are an estimate to the best of our knowledge. Following yesterday's news enforcing all non-essential shops to close to prevent all non-essential travel, we have now closed the showroom until further notice. We are still delivering as usual - the only difference being that our delivery drivers will now only deliver to your doorstep, and we are no longer offering room of choice or assembly options. However, customers can now get same day delivery for the same rate as standard delivery. (£9.99 for a medium item, £19.99 for a large item). Please note that next day delivery is only available for 'in stock' items.

Update from our courier: In order to keep customers and staff safe, our couriers will no longer be able to offer 'room of choice' delivery, or delivery inside your house. They will deliver to your doorstep and keep a safe distance. If you are worried about signing for your delivery, the courier has agreed they are happy to take a photo as proof of delivery instead.
For the same reasons, we will also no longer be offering an assembly service.
If you have already placed your order with any of the above requirements, our team will be in touch with you ASAP to discuss next steps.
