We have partnered with Klarna Payments to offer customers the option to either pay in 3 monthly instalments, or buy now and pay in 30 days. Both options are interest free. For more information, our Klarna FAQ is further down this page, or visit our About Klarna page.
All of our furniture is painted one shade under brilliant white. (Except the Atlantis Collection) You can request a colour swatch if you want to match against existing furniture in your child’s room. The link for this is on each individual product page.
Yes as all of our furniture is the same paint finish so you can mix and match across any of our collections, apart from our Atlantis range which is ombre blue.
For beds with a raised sleeping area e.g. mid sleepers or the top bunk on a bunk bed it is recommended that your child should be at least 6 years of age.
Most of our single beds are a standard single size which means that there’s plenty of room for kids to grow from toddler to teen.
All of our furniture is weight tested to 100kg (approx. 15st 7lb), so provided you are under this weight, there is no upper age limit.
All measurements can be found on the product page in the section titled ‘Stickler For Details.’
If you have any further questions about measurements, please feel free to contact us and we can look into it for you.
All of our beds have been designed to be built easily. Our single beds should not take longer than 20-30 minutes to build and assembly is possible with one person. However for larger beds, they will be much easier to build with a second pair of hands, due to the size of the pieces.
Cabin and captain’s bed drawers are the most fiddly, however for peace of mind we do offer an assembly service which you can select on the basket page when you are ready to order.
Our wardrobes are very straight forward however you need two people to assemble this as there is some heavy lifting.
Our chests of drawers and bedside tables arrive fully assembled so no building is required.
All of our beds fit a standard single mattress (except toddler beds and small double beds). The type of mattress is therefore down to personal preference.
However, things to bear in mind are:
Once our courier has received your order, they will call you to get you booked in for delivery. They won’t attempt delivery until they have verbally agreed a delivery date with you. On the agreed delivery day the driver will call you once they are on their way (30-60 minutes beforehand) to deliver your furniture.
Our showroom is in Milton Keynes which is available for customers to visit. Not every range features there, but there is a wide selection, plus a range of clearance items available to takeaway or have delivered locally within a 50 mile radius. All of our items are of a similar quality and paint finish so if we don’t have an item in our showroom, you can still check out the quality of our furniture and the colouring first hand.
At the time that you purchase a product from us, within the product information you will see the item’s expected delivery time. This ranges from ‘Up to 10 working days’ (if an item is in stock and in our warehouse), right through to 10-12 weeks, which typically means the furniture is currently in production, before being shipped across to the UK.
We keep these delivery times up to date on a regular basis, so if you like, keep an eye on the delivery time on the website for that product. These delivery times reflect when the next batch of that item will be in our warehouse for delivery. If you believe your order is taking longer than expected, please get in touch with us and we’ll do our best to help you.
The delivery time/lead time tends to be longer (e.g. 8-10 weeks) if an item is in production and still needs to be shipped to our warehouse in the UK. A shorter lead time (e.g. 4-6 weeks) might mean the products are currently on sea, on their way to the UK. It therefore means we have none currently in our UK warehouse and cannot dispatch the item any sooner. However, if products arrive earlier than expected, we will dispatch them immediately.
