We’re working hard to keep business as usual during this pandemic.

Whilst lockdown restrictions are coming to an end, we wanted to keep all our customers and prospective customers updated about how it is still affecting us and our services.

Home Deliveries

We are delivering as usual but with a few safety measures in place:

  • All of our delivery drivers have PPE.
  • There are now less two-man deliveries, so please specify a room of choice if you'd like your goods to be taken inside the house.
  • You don't have to sign a POD - we will take a photo, but please check goods for damage on arrival.

Assembly Service

  • Our assembly services are now up and running again, but on a limited basis.
  • PPE will be used in your home.
  • There are some areas of the country where we may not be able to provide assembly - if this is the case, we will contact you and refund your assembly charge.


  • Many of our products are produced overseas and there is a global shortage of sea-freight and delays at most ports around the world, which is causing delays to some of our shipments.
  • You'll find our lead times on each product page - these are our best estimate on when we can deliver the product. However, some factors are out of our control and may result in further delays to your order.
  • Border controls resulting from BREXIT are lead-times from manufacturers based in the EU. We have factored this into the estimated lead-times on each of our product pages. However, please be aware this may impact your order.
  • If you're ordering something that is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing a product with a shorter estimated lead-time, or items that are already in stock, to reduce the risk of further delays to your order.

Our Factories

  • We manufacture our goods in a number of factories across the world. Each country has it's own rules and restrictions regarding social distancing, manufacturing, operations and opening hours. Some of our factories are operating at a reduced capacity as a result. This means that whilst we have factored this into our estimates, our lead-times are subject to change and alteration.
  • All of our factories have PPE and restrictions in place to ensure the health and safety of their staff, including social distancing measure on their production floor. 
  • Again, we recommend ordering products that have shorter lead-times, or that are already in stock, if you have any time-sensitivities surrounding your order.

Our Showroom

  • It's not all doom and gloom. We're looking forward to re-opening on 1st May for Bank Holiday weekend. 
  • However, we ask all customers visiting the showroom to please wear a mask.
  • We will also only be allowing 2 customers inside at a time.

Customer Service

  • Our Customer Care team are currently working at a reduced capacity. Please bare this in mind when trying to get through to the team, as responses may take a little longer. We aim to respond to all email queries within 48hrs.
  • Please also bare in mind that many of the customer care team are working from home, and there may be some background noise and such when speaking with them on the phone.
