What happens next?

1. Our courier will be in touch to organise a delivery date with you once we have all the items in your order. If you’ve ordered more than one item and the delivery times are different, simply contact us once you've placed your order if you'd prefer each item to arrive as soon as it is ready. Please note that our accessories such as bedding and wall stickers will be delivered separately from any furniture as they will be sent directly from our supplier. 

2. Almost there! You'll receive a call on the day of your delivery from the delivery driver to let you know your delivery is on its way. 

3. Knock, knock! Our furniture delivery experts will deliver your new children’s furniture based on the delivery option you select during the check-out process. (Please contact us if you live in a flat.)

How much does it cost? 

Our standard delivery costs are: 

• £1.99 for accessories and small items under 10kg
• £9.99 for medium furniture items between 10kg and 30kg
• £19.99 for large furniture items over 30kg

Don’t forget, if your order is over £500, we’ll delivery it for free as a thank you!

Need Assembly?

Sometimes it's nice to have a helping hand if you've ordered a bed or some furniture. Simply select 'add assembly' to your basket and our specialist assembly team will unpack your furniture, build it, and take away all the packaging too. The cost will vary depending on the complexity of the product.
